• Hi, I was wondering if I need swiss visa if I fly from US to Russia, and stop for one day in Zurich? (I am a us green card holder and also have a Russian Federation travel passport)

  Hi
  I was inviting my brother just for the family visit out here in the swiss,after sending all the document as per the law but now I got negative answer from the immigration, that he cannot visit. They gave us 30 days if I want to do the recourse to the court.
  so my question is does it make sense to do the re course or I can forget it???
  I shall be thankful if some one has experience or advice me.
